Orange Muffins Recipe - Main Ingredients
- Maida Powder – 280Gms
- Sugar – 100Gms
- Baking Powder – 2 and 1/2 Tbsp
- Baking Soda – 1/2 Tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Orange Juice – 100ml
- Orange Peel – 80Gms
- Butter milk – 200Gms
- Chocolate chips – 70Gms
- Salt – 1 Pinch
- Cooking Oil – 80ml
Method For Preparing Orange Muffins
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade.
- Take a bowl and add maida powder to it.
- Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, and fine chopped orange peel to the maida powder and mix well.
- Break egg into another bowl and beat well.
- Add sugar. cooking, orange juice, and butter milk to it and beat well again.
- Add this mixture, chocolate chips to the maida mixture and mix well.
- Take the muffin cups and grease them.
- Pour the mixture up to 3/4th in the muffin cups.
- Keep these cups in oven and bake it for around 20 to 25 minutes.
- Check whether the muffins got baked or not with toothpick, if necessary bake it for some more time.
- Take them out of the oven and leave it for cooling.
- Once they get cooled enough, remove them from muffin cups into a plate.
- Your delicious orange muffins are ready to get served.
