Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe Ingredients

  • Maida – 150 grams
  • Milk – 1 Cup
  • Condensed Milk – 1/3 tin
  • Coco Powder – 15 grams
  • Butter – 60 grams
  • Sugar – 1/2 Cup
  • Baking Powder – 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda – 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – pinch

Method for Preparing Eggless Chocolate Cake

  1. Take a bowl and add sifted maida to it.
  2. Add coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to it and mix well.
  3. Add condensed milk, butter and sugar to it and beat it well, until the mixture turns into fluffy.
  4. Now add milk and vanilla essence to it.
  5. Beat the mixture well until the mixture turns smooth and light.
  6. Take a baking dish and grease it.
  7. Add the mixture to it.
  8. Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes.
  9. Now place the baking dish in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
  10. Remove the baking dish from the oven and keep it aside for cooling.
  11. Once it gets cool, take it into a separate dish and cut it into pieces.
