Egg Roll Recipe |
Ingredients Required For Preparing Egg Roll
- 8 (7 inch square) Egg roll wrappers
- 1 Pound ground pork
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Quart peanut oil for frying
- 2 Cups shredded cabbage
- 2 Ounces shredded carrots
- Salt to taste
Method For Preparing Egg Roll
- Take the pork and add ginger, garlic powder and salt to taste.
- Mix them properly.
- Cook this mixture until pork is cooked.
- Take a bowl and prepare a paste of flour and water.
- Mix shredded carrot and cabbage with the pork mixture.
- Lay out one egg roll wrapper.
- Put 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the prepared mixture on it.
- Fold left and right corners and seal the egg roll with the flour paste.
- Heat oil and fry the egg rolls properly until golden brown.
