Ingredients Required for Making Egg Manchurian
- Eggs – 4
- Onions – 4
- Green Chillies – 5
- Ginger – Small piece
- Loose Garlic – 10
- Onion Stems – 100 gms
- Ajinomoto – 1/4 tsp
- Soya Sauce – 4 tsp
- Chilli Sauce – 3tsp
- Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves – Small cup
- Salt – As per the taste
Method for Making Egg Manchurian
- Take a bowl, and crack the eggs into it.
- Add some part of finely chopped onions, green chillies, and salt to it and beat the mixture well.
- Now take another bowl and grease it with oil. Now pour the egg mixture into this bowl and cook it in a pressure cooker (until single whistle).
- Remove it from the cooker. It will be looking like a milk pudding.
- Cut it into pieces and keep aside.
- Take a pan and heat oil in it.
- Add chopped ginger, garlic, and remaining green chilli pieces and fry them.
- Next add Soya sauce, chilli sauce, and kept aside cooked egg pieces to it and mix well.
- Add little water to it.
- Add remaining onion pieces, coriander leaves, ajinomoto and salt to it and fry the mixture, till it becomes dry.
- Take it into a separate plate and your Egg Manchurian is ready.
