Ingredients Required for Preparing Paneer Bhurji Recipe
- Paneer – 1/4 Kg
- Milk – 1 Cup
- Onions – 3 (Finely Chopped)
- Green Chillies – 4
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tsp
- Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera Powder) – 1/2 Tsp
- Ginger – Small piece (Finely Chopped)
- Coriander leaves – 1 Cup
- Salt – As per the taste
- Cooking Oil – 4 Tbsp
Method for Preparing Paneer Bhurji Recipe
- Cut paneer into small pieces.
- Take these paneer pieces into a bowl and milk to it.
- Crush and mix the pieces well, such that they become into one large piece. Now keep it aside.
- Take a pan. Add oil to it and heat on medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, ginger and green chilli pieces to the oil and fry them.
- Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder and salt to it and mix well.
- Now add kept aside paneer to it and mix well.
- Allow it for cooking for couple of minutes with continuous stirring.
- Just before turning off the flame add Chopped Coriander leaves to it.
- Take it into a separate plate and your Paneer Bhurji is ready to get served.
