Ingredients Required for Preparation of Grilled Mushroom Recipe
- Mushrooms – 300Gms
- Red Chilli Powder – 2Tsp
- Amchur(Dry Mango powder) – 1 Tsp
- Jeera Powder (Grounded Cumin seeds powder) – 1Tsp
- Black Salt – 1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
- Cooking Oil – 2 Tbsp
- Salt – As per the taste
Method for Preparation of Grilled Mushroom Recipe
- Firstly clean the mushroom thoroughly with water and take them into a bowl.
- Add red chilli powder, jeera powder, black salt, amchur, garam masala and salt to it and mix well.
- Add cooking oil to it and mix well.
- Preheat the oven for 5 minutes ar 150 degrees centigrade.
- Spread the mushrooms in the bowl on baking tray and put it in oven.
- Now bake them in the oven for 10 minutes at 150 degrees centigrade. During the baking process, turn the sides of the mushrooms, such that both sides get baked properly.
- Once the baking process is completed, take the baking tray out of the oven and take the mushrooms into a separate plate.
- Your Grilled mushroom recipe is ready. Serve them hot.
