Qubani Ka Meetha Main Ingredients
- Qubani (Dried apricot) – 1Kg
- Sugar – 1 and 1/2Kg
- Raspberry syrup – 100ml
- Raspberry food color – 2 Tsp
- Fresh cream (for garnishing)
Methods for Preparing Qubani ka Meetha
- The day before you want to prepare this dessert, in the night take a bowl and add water to it. Add qubani to it and leave it for soaking the whole night. Make sure that water level in the bowl is 2 inches above the qubanis.
- Next day, remove the seeds from them.
- Now place this bowl on the stove and heat it on a medium flame for a minute.
- Now add sugar to it and boil the mixture until the sugar gets dissolved and the qubanis turn into soft, thick and brown in color.
- Now switch off the stove and add raspberry syrup and raspberry color to it. Mix well and take the mixture into a separate bowl.
- Garnish it with fresh cream. Your Qubani ka meetha is ready to get served.
