Ingredients Required for Preparing Vegetable Sandwich

  • Bread Slices – 2
  • Lettuce Leaves – 2 Leaves
  • Keera (Cucumber) – 2 round slices.
  • Onion – 2 round slices
  • Tomato – 2 round slices
  • Cheese slice – 1
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Pepper powder – 1 pinch
  • French fries – 5 pieces
  • Pudine ki chutney – 1 Tsp
  • Coleslaw salad – 1/2 Tsp (Boiled potato, cabbage, and carrot mixture with finely clopped coriander leaves)

Method for Preparing Vegetable Sandwich

  1. First and foremost clean all the vegetables and cut them as required.
  2. Take two bread slices and cut them diagonally. (In the shape of triangle)
  3. Grill them in oven and take them into a plate. (Grilling is optional, if you want you can even have it without grilling)
  4. Apply pudine ki chutney to them.
  5. Now take a slice and place the lettuce leave first, next tomato, next cucumber, next onion, and cheese slice on in.
  6. Sprinkle salt, and pepper powder on them and place another bread slice on it.
  7. Your vegetable sandwich is ready. Serve them with french fries.
