Ingredients Required for Preparing Vegetable Sandwich
- Bread Slices – 2
- Lettuce Leaves – 2 Leaves
- Keera (Cucumber) – 2 round slices.
- Onion – 2 round slices
- Tomato – 2 round slices
- Cheese slice – 1
- Salt – 1 Pinch
- Pepper powder – 1 pinch
- French fries – 5 pieces
- Pudine ki chutney – 1 Tsp
- Coleslaw salad – 1/2 Tsp (Boiled potato, cabbage, and carrot mixture with finely clopped coriander leaves)
Method for Preparing Vegetable Sandwich
- First and foremost clean all the vegetables and cut them as required.
- Take two bread slices and cut them diagonally. (In the shape of triangle)
- Grill them in oven and take them into a plate. (Grilling is optional, if you want you can even have it without grilling)
- Apply pudine ki chutney to them.
- Now take a slice and place the lettuce leave first, next tomato, next cucumber, next onion, and cheese slice on in.
- Sprinkle salt, and pepper powder on them and place another bread slice on it.
- Your vegetable sandwich is ready. Serve them with french fries.
