Ingredients Required for Preparing Chicken Chops

  • Skinless Chicken (Breast Part) – 250Gms
  • Turmeric Powder – a Pinch
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 2 Tsp
  • Red chilli powder – as per the taste
  • Salt – as per the taste
  • Cooking Oil

Method for Preparing Chicken Chops

  1. Clean the chicken thoroughly and cut it in the shape of thin slices.
  2. Prick diagonally with sharp knife at various places on these pieces.
  3. Apply ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder to it and leave it for marination for about 20 minutes.
  4. Take a frying pan and heat oil on it under medium flame. Now place these chicken slices on it and fry them thoroughly on both sides.
  5. Take it into separate plate and garnish them with onion slices and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Your Chicken chops are ready to get served. Serve them hot.
