Ingredients Required for Preparing Omelette
- Eggs – 2
- Onions – 1 Medium sized
- Green Chillies – 2
- Salt – As per the taste
- Cooking Oil – 2 1/2 Tbsp
Method for Preparing Omelette
- Chop the onion and green chillies finely and keep aside.
- Take a bowl, and break the eggs into it. Add salt to it and beat the solution very well.
- Take a non-stick pan and spread cooking oil on it.
- Heat it on a medium flame.
- Spread chopped onion pieces on the pan and fry them till they become slightly brown.
- Now spread the beaten eggs in a circular manner on the pan.
- Now sprinkle chopped green chillies on it.
- Leave it for cooking.
- Once one side gets cooked enough, carefully turn it and cook the other side.
- Once the second also gets cooked enough, take it into a plate.
- Your easy and simple omelette is ready to get served.
