Omelette is one of the most popular recipes around the world. It is very simple and also takes something around 5 minutes for preparing. Ingredients Required for Preparing Omelette

  • Eggs – 2
  • Onions – 1 Medium sized
  • Green Chillies – 2
  • Salt – As per the taste
  • Cooking Oil – 2 1/2 Tbsp

Method for Preparing Omelette

  1. Chop the onion and green chillies finely and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl, and break the eggs into it. Add salt to it and beat the solution very well.
  3. Take a non-stick pan and spread cooking oil on it.
  4. Heat it on a medium flame.
  5. Spread chopped onion pieces on the pan and fry them till they become slightly brown.
  6. Now spread the beaten eggs in a circular manner on the pan.
  7. Now sprinkle chopped green chillies on it.
  8. Leave it for cooking.
  9. Once one side gets cooked enough, carefully turn it and cook the other side.
  10. Once the second also gets cooked enough, take it into a plate.
  11. Your easy and simple omelette is ready to get served.
